Care Feels Different When Everyone Is Known
Choosing care is emotional. You want safety, dignity, and a place where your loved one is seen as a person, not a room number. A Place Called Home was created to provide that warmth and personal connection.
Our licensed DeSoto home is intentionally small, allowing our team to truly master each resident's routines, health needs, and personality. We are now bringing this same model to Plano, ensuring more families receive personal attention and support that feels like home.
